    Dear Stacey,
I don’t know you, and I don’t know your father, but AS A FATHER, he’d be very proud of you. Congrats! Love the life you have and live it to the beat of your ability.
My goal, every day, is to be a better person than I was the day before. I wish the best for you. May peace and love always be yours.

Dear Scott – Thanks so much for reaching out and congratulations on getting your health back. Start with beginner level DDPYOGA. Buy the package which contains the ‘Energy’ workout. It’s a great place to begin. There are other DVD’s in the package you can work up to.

Hello Stacey, I’ve attended two of your classes at the Honest Weight Food Coop in Albany. I would love to inquire about a possible public speaking arrangement at my company to share your story and offer some insight into healthy life style. Could you, please, email be back, so we can discuss details?
    Thank you.

    Hi There,

I am writing because many people who spend a lot of time at home – be they remote workers, stay at home parents, or like me, a combination of both, find it difficult to keep in shape. A more home-bound lifestyle presents its own unique challenges and many people have turned to the P90x3 home workout among others, but is it the best workout routine to use?

My name is Jennifer and I am the Content Manager for a small health and wellness site. I know you are busy, so I won’t take too much of your time. We have researched the P90x3 home workout to see if it is effective and sensible for people to undertake. You can see our full review here: https://defendyourhealthcare.us/p90x-schedule.

While researching a new article, I came across staceymorris.com. Our article seemed like a natural fit and I was wondering if you would add it to https://www.staceymorris.com/about/galleries/home-workout/ as a resource link, if that would be possible? If not, I would love to write an introduction, summary or blog post on working out at home which you could then post on staceymorris.com.

Please let me know if this is possible.

    Best Regards,
    Jennifer

    Good morning, Stacey

I am writing you to say thank you for being open, honest and putting it all out there. I have watched your DDP transformation video countless times and I see ME in them. Seriously….we could almost be twins in so many ways.

I bet you get a lot of mail like this but I am hoping you will respond and we can begin a friendship. I would so appreciate having a partner as I continue this journey from one who has already done it. This morning I marked 50 pounds lost and have 130 to go. I just received my DDP cd’s this week and plan on continuing to pop one in daily until I reach my goal weight (132). I turned 50 this year and have no intention of quitting until I FINALLY win in this area of my life. It is truly the last area as I am highly successful in every area. The emotional baggage has been resolved now the weight is coming off.

If you would be so inclined to reach out to me, I would forever be grateful. If not I understand and maybe you will get a chance to see my transformation video?

All my best and THANK YOU!

    Shawnna

Hey Shawnna – I am so happy to hear about your transformation and that you have found a viable way to release the weight. It truly does all begin from within. So happy for you. Please stay in touch and let me know how you’re doing. Do you have any of my books? They are a great resource for recipes and the first book, “Clean Comfort,” has my story and a blueprint for how I got the weight off. Have a great week ahead. Stacey
